List of responsibilities: Design Engineer

• Prepare and send client drawing & GTP for Link Box and Cable cleats
• Co-ordinate with client on request received for revised drawing & GTP
• Discuss Technical queries with client
• Prepare new drawing & GTP of Link box and Cable cleats as per new requirement
• Prepare and send QAP of Link Box
• Enter 60-90 Nylon cleat FG stock at the time of dispatch
• Submit vendor approval form and other technical documents to client in case of emergency
• Send OA and Update status of project to the respective client
• Update and maintain Sales order sheet on regular basis and check Production sheet on regular basis
• Prepare and update Supply list of Link Box and Cable cleats
• Update & maintain company credentials
• Send enquiry for RM testing and take follow up till final testing
• Prepare and send MAF as per client requirement
• To assist/help the concerned person for Website changes
• Provide required content for LinkedIn regularly
• Discuss and prepare cleat manufacturing drawing for new Dye development and take follow up with the Vendor
• Prepare Bill of material if needed
